Natalia Mirontchouk is the founder of NM FOREVERFIT and a passionate leader in the fitness and wellness space, dedicated to helping people transform their lives through mindful movement, strength training, and sustainable lifestyle practices. With a deep belief that true fitness is about more than appearance, Natalia focuses on building lasting habits that support physical and mental well-being.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a certified USA Weightlifting coach, Starting Strength Gym coach, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) specialist, Pilates instructor, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified trainer. Her multi-disciplinary expertise allows her to work with a wide range of clients, from beginners to athletes, designing personalized programs that meet each individual where they are and guide them forward with purpose.
